Processing Time
How long do we need to prepare an order and put it in the mail?
We understand that quick shipping is crucial for your satisfaction. Our processing time depends on the type of order:
- Standard Orders (without engraving): 2 business days
- Custom Orders (with engraving): 5 business days
This timeframe allows us to carefully prepare your order and ensure it meets our quality standards before shipping it out. Our processing schedule is Monday through Friday.
Standard Shipping
Where do we ship to and what are the delivery times?
We offer free standard shipping to various regions across the globe. Below are the estimated delivery times for different locations:
- Hong Kong: 5-10 business days
- Australia: 15-25 business days
- Canada: 15-25 business days
- China: 10-15 business days
- Germany: 15-25 business days
- United Kingdom: 15-25 business days
- United States: 15-25 business days
- European Union: 15-25 business days
- Europe (non-EU): 20-30 business days
- Everywhere Else: 20-30 business days
We use a private shipping line that can take 5-9 days to activate. Once active, it may take a couple of days to update the tracking information. This update will occur as soon as the package reaches customs in the destination country.
We aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeframes; however, please note that delivery times can vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing and local postal services.
Shipping Costs
We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders, regardless of the destination. This means you can enjoy our products without any additional shipping charges.

SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Return Policy
At CouplesPicks, we are committed to providing you with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return policy is designed to be straightforward and hassle-free.
Return Time Frame
Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to return any eligible items.
Condition of Items
To be eligible for a return, items must be undamaged and in the same condition as when received. This includes the original packaging, which must also be in resale condition.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds are typically processed within 3-7 business days.
Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed under the following conditions:
- The customer is responsible for the shipping fee back to our factory.
- Engraved and personalized items cannot be exchanged.
To request an exchange, please follow the same steps as the return process.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us through the contact form within 24 hours of receiving your order. Be sure to include proof of damage in the form of pictures. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Proof of Purchase
Proof of purchase is not required for returns.
International Returns
There are no special requirements for international returns. The standard return process applies.

Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, giftcards or personalized items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
